Small signal transistor
Small-signal transistors are generally divided into three categories: switching transistors, dual transistors, and transistors. They are semiconductor components that control current to amplify weak signals into larger electrical signals. They are often used for non-contact transistor conversion.
The middle part is the base region, and the two sides are the emitter region and the collector region. The arrangements are PNP and NPN. In an NPN transistor, electrons move from the emitter region to the collector region, thereby forming a current in the transistor. Small-signal transistors are mainly used in signal amplification, switch control, analog circuits, regulated power supplies and other fields, and have broad application prospects and market demand.
